Speculative Construction Loans (SPEC) Contractors, builders and developers who are building a home without a guaranteed sale upon completion are said to be building on “Spec”, which is short for “Speculation.” These individuals and companies are speculating that’s they will earn a profit when sell the newly constructed home

As a trusted partner we will help with gathering the information necessary to approve your client for construction financing, we will assist you with sworn statements and draw requests.  We will insure all checks are made payable to you and your client.  We will notify you immediately if we are missing a lien waiver necessary to process a draw.  We will monitor progress inspection reports to insure draws are processed in a timely fashion.  We are never more than a phone call away!
